Terms of service
Draft, last updated 28 October 2026
The service
Sciatica Sucks is one-to-one movement coaching for people with sciatica, run by Connor Byrne [business name and registration details, if any]. It includes sessions with Connor, a daily plan of exercises and habits in this app, and progress tracking.
Coaching, not medical care
This is movement coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Connor is not acting as your doctor or [physiotherapist or other health professional]. Keep seeing your doctor for medical care. Check with them before starting if you’re unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
Stop and see a doctor if your symptoms get worse or change. See a doctor or go to an emergency department the same day if you have new bladder or bowel problems, numbness in the groin or saddle area, leg weakness that is getting worse, or fever or weight loss you can’t explain.
The fee
- Coaching is free until you’re fixed.
- When you agree you’re fixed, the fee is $3,000 USD, paid once. [How and when it’s paid, e.g. invoice within 14 days.]
- It works on honesty. You decide whether you’re fixed, and we trust your answer. [What “fixed” means, if it should be defined further.]
- [If you stop before you’re fixed, you owe nothing. Confirm.]
Your part
- Answer the intake form honestly and tell Connor about changes in your health.
- Do the exercises within your limits, and stop anything that makes your symptoms worse.
- Keep your login to yourself.
Ending coaching
You or Connor can stop the coaching at any time by letting the other know. You can ask us to delete your account and information as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
[Limitation of liability and any consumer-law guarantees that can’t be excluded. For legal review.]
Which law applies
[Governing law and where disputes are handled. For legal review.]
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app. Questions: connor.sciatica@gmail.com.
